Where is my clipboard stored? +

On your machine, in an encrypted SQLite database under %LOCALAPPDATA%. Nothing leaves your device.

Does it work with images? +

Yes: text, rich text, and images (PNG/JPG). We keep formatting and remember which app you copied from.

Can I use SignalStash at work? +

SignalStash uses the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 license, which is free for personal use, education, research, and most nonprofits. For commercial use at a for-profit company, contact us at support@signalstash.app for a commercial license.

Can I customize the keyboard shortcut? +

Yes. Open Settings → Shortcuts and pick any combination. Live re-registration. No restart required.

Will there be a Mac version? +

Maybe! macOS is on the roadmap but Windows is where we're focused right now.
